Shipping & Return

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

RETURNS

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

For your convenience, you may use our simplified automated return system through your My Account section.

1. Log In to Your Account.
2. Click Track Your Recent Orders.
3. Click Add New RMA.
4. Find the items you would like to return and follow the instructions on the page.
5. After submitting the form, one of our customer service representatives will contact you shortly to help you complete the process.

All returns should be mailed to (make sure the RMA# is included on the shipping label):

RMA# is required on the shipping label. Returns without the RMA# is subject to a 15% handling fee and will be deducted from the refund.

Please allow 3 weeks for us to receive and process your refund/return. If at any time you would like an update on your order, return, or refund, please feel free to contact us.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, and major Holidays, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, From G To O store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. From G To O store shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, From G To O store will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes. Because of this standard, there are certain special guidelines you must follow to deliver an order to a military address. 

• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
